We recently introduced you to the Letta Home Program and a few of the ways that you can use your real estate needs to financially support IAP. Shortly thereafter, IAP was approached by a husband & wife team who wished to purchase a bank-owed property, rehab the home and sell it for profit. The profits from the sale of the home will be donated to IAP in support of the Letta Microfinance Institution in Ethiopia and the purchasing couple will retain their initial investment, rehab costs and costs of sale. This model of giving is one that takes full advantage of the current real estate climate and IAP is excited about the potential it has to truly impact our project in Ethiopia. What an amazing example of how God continues to provide and convict hearts even in this economy.

However, the work is not complete. IAP is calling on its supporters and friends to assist us in rehabing this home. The more labor and materials that we can have volunteered or donated,  the larger the profit margin that will be dontated to IAP. Many of you have asked for ways that you can partner with IAP aside from giving financially. This is it! We need you to make this Letta Home project a success.
